Biography

Hafijul is a legal professional who joined Corclaim in September 2018. He is currently in the process of qualifying through the Cilex route with the support of the firm.

Further experience and specialisms

Hafijul has a diverse background in the legal field, starting his career working part-time in Residential Conveyancing at a specialist firm in Leicester while pursuing his degree in Law. After completing his degree, he moved into Personal Injury Law, specialising in Public Liability, Employment Liability, and Clinical Negligence. He later expanded his expertise to Commercial Uninsured Loss Recovery.

Hafijul’s clients and notable work

Hafijul has worked with a wide range of clients, including Europcar UK Ltd, Sixt Rent a Car Ltd, RDS Driving Services, PHS Group Plc, Johnsons Service Limited, AA, Rotala Plc, Kier Group Plc, Kier Highways Limited, National Highways, and Conway Aecom Limited. He has also worked with Counsel to draft particulars of claim, allowing the firm to issue on Polish insurers under Rome Regulations.

Away from the desk

When not working, Hafijul has a wide range of interests and hobbies. He is currently undergoing physiotherapy to get back into Mixed Martial Arts, which he started at the age of 14 and hasn’t done since 2016 due to injury.
