      Uninsured Loss Recovery FAQs

Uninsured loss recovery is the process of claiming back the cost of incurred losses that are not covered under the terms of your insurance agreement. This applies to property or vehicle damage.

You may be able to claim for insurance policy excess, vehicle and property repairs or reinstatement, loss of use or vehicle hire, or loss of revenue due to an incident. It’s important to get in touch with us to see if we’re able to claim for anything else relating to the incident in question.

Every incident is different, so we’re unable to give an exact time period for your losses to be recovered. It will depend on the severity of the damage, the time to gather evidence, and whether the other party’s insurer will accept the situation.

Partnering with Corclaim makes claiming back these costs easy. Our legal experts will proactively pursue each claim, maximising recoveries as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We have the scale, resource, experience and depth of technical expertise to meet your ULR requirements.

We have flexible no win, no fee funding options should you wish to instruct us to recover your uninsured losses. We can work on a flat rate commission basis, or apply tailored solutions specific to your requirements. If you’d like to discuss pricing with our team, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We will only ask for payment of fees at the conclusion of a successful case. If your claim is unsuccessful, we won’t take any fees. We want all of our clients to remain cash positive throughout their claims and do our utmost to make this possible.

You can call us free on 03300 945 100, or you can request a call back, and one of our team will call you.
