We are thrilled to announce three promotions in our team!.
We have promoted Michael Brooks to partner, Oliver Burke to senior associate and Matt Watson to associate. Congratulations all round – very well deserved.
Michael specialises in litigation arising from road traffic accidents, property damage and damage to highways. He has particular expertise in acting for businesses to recover losses, including claims pursued by way of direct action against insurers and claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau involving uninsured or untraced drivers.
Oliver handles a mix of high-value property and motor ULR claims, and has experience managing complex litigation, including involvement in multi-track trials. He also provides technical and operational guidance to the team, as well as being a trusted advisor to some major clients.
Matt specialises in high-value property disputes, with a focus on highways and ULR claims. He is also a trusted advisor for clients on high-profile matters, as well providing support to more junior members of staff, with the benefit of his increasing breadth of technical knowledge.
