Biography

Oliver joined Corclaim in October 2014. He is a graduate Cilex member and is in the process of becoming a Fellow.

Further experience and specialisms

Oliver has been working in the Corclaim high-value claims team since 2017.

Clients and notable work

Oliver handles a mixture of property ULR clients and motor ULR clients. Notably, he also worked on the recent test cases in National Highways v EUI Limited & Others, in which he handled the cases from day one through to a three-day multi-track trial.
