Corclaim is part of the wider Ampa Group.

Ampa is the UK’s leading group of legal and professional services companies with a shared purpose; to unlock potential wherever we see it. As a B Corp we consider our environmental impact as part of our business planning and decision-making processes.

We are committed to operating in a way that is environmentally responsible and are reducing our operational impact on the environment. We continue to support our people in the pursuit of creating a more environmentally friendly law firm.

Ampa seeks to:
• Reduce negative impacts of the business operations on the environment, whilst delivering the highest standards of quality service to our clients.
• Raise awareness of the Group’s social and environmental responsibilities amongst our clients, employees, service providers and our wider community.

To achieve these objectives, Ampa will:
• Comply with all relevant environmental regulation and reporting requirements.
• Set greenhouse gas reduction targets that will be validated and certified by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
• Deliver Ampa’s Climate Transition Plan by implementing carbon reductions projects that directly address our greenhouse gas emissions.
• Work with suppliers and clients to reduce our indirect environmental impact.
• Measure, manage and reduce the impact of our business on the environment on areas including energy consumption, material usage and waste management.
• Minimise pollution produced in all parts of the business.
• Continually improve our environmental performance.
• Mitigate our climate impact through investing in projects beyond our value chain that deliver rewilding and other means of protecting and enhancing biodiversity.
• Integrate awareness of climate change across our business through training and discussions at all levels of the business.
• Report on our progress and be accountable for our actions.
