Emma has a breadth of knowledge of dealing with costs from both a Claimant and Defendant perspective as well as being versed in client insurer billing. Emma is practised in all aspects of the costs process from inception to conclusion including Bill of Costs and Precedent H preparation, negotiations and advocacy. Emma also has responsibility for the development and maintaining of existing as well as prospective client relationships.
Emma’s areas of practice include Costs Litigation in personal injury, industrial disease, clinical negligence, immigration, commercial, Court of Protection and Judicial Review cases.
