From M1 (South)

Leave the M1 at J26 (signed Nottingham, Ilkeston, Ripley & A610). Take the A610 and follow this towards Nottingham. Continue down Wollaton Street (a slight hill), turn right into Tollhouse Hill andcontinue to a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Maid Marian Way (A6008). The road bears left onto the one way system. Continue past Broadmarsh Shopping Centre on the left, bear right and then turn left to join Canal Street. Continue to the roundabout and take the third exit onto London Road (A60). Take the first right onto Station Street and you will find us situated on the right hand side.

From M1 (North)

Leave the M1 at J24 and join the A453 towards Nottingham City centre. Stay in the left hand lane and continue on the A453 over the flyover towards Nottingham City Centre. Briefly merge onto Clifton Blvd (A52). Exit onto Queens Drive (A453) towards Nottingham City centre. Continue past Homebase on the left hand side. At the next set of lights turn right onto Westerway Street West. At the next set of lights bear left onto Sheriffs Way. At the next set of lights continue ahead onto Queens Road. Turn left onto London Road (A60). Take the first left onto Station Street and you will find us situated on the right hand side.

From A46 (South)

Leave the A46 and head towards Stragglethorpe. At the Leave the A46 and head towards Stragglethorpe. At the traffic lights turn left onto Radcliffe Road (A52). At the roundabout take the second exit onto Radcliffe Road (A6011). You should pass the Gamston Lock pub on your left hand side. Continue on the A6011 (you will bear slightly to the right towards Colwick). Turn left onto Meadow Lane (A6011). Follow this road round and continue behind Notts County FC ground. Turn right onto London Road (A60). Take the first left onto Station Street and you will find us situated on the right hand side.

From A46 (North)

Leave the A46 and join the A52 towards A1/M1 North / Grantham / Nottingham / East Midlands Airport. At the roundabout take the fourth exit onto the A52. Continue on the A52 towards Nottingham City centre. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Radcliffe Road (A6011). You should pass the Gamston Lock pub on your left hand side. Continue on the A6011 (you will bear slightly to the right towards Colwick). Turn left onto Meadow Lane (A6011). Follow this road round and continue behind Notts County FC ground. Turn right onto London Road (A60). Take the first left onto Station Street and you will find us situated on the right hand side.

Public Transport

Arriving by rail at Nottingham Railway Station and walking to Station Street is a 3 minute walk – exit the station using the side entrance and turn right onto Station Street and follow the road, Waterfront House is near the end of the street on the left hand side.
